Ingredients

  • 10 Chicken Leg Pieces with Thigh and Chicken 5 Wings-3kg (6.6lb)

  • Salt as Taste

  • Red Chili Powder-1tsp

  • Red Chili Flakes-1/2tsp

  • Cumin Powder-2tbsp

  • Coriander Powder-1tbsp

  • Garam Masala Powder-1 1/2tsp

  • China Salt-1tbsp

  • Carom Seeds Crushed (Ajwain) -1tbsp

  • Dry Zinger Powder-1/2tsp

  • Kachri Powder-1 1/2tsp

  • Papita Paste-1 1/2tsp (Optional)

  • Ginger Paste-3tbsp

  • Garlic Paste-2tbsp

  • Green Chili Paste-1tbsp

  • Lemon Juice-6tbsp

  • Vinegar-4tbsp

  • Tamarind Paste-1tbsp

  • Blended Yogurt-1/2 Cup

  • Beaten Egg-1

  • Oil-10tbsp

  • Food Color-Yellow & Red

Directions

  • Make small cuts on the chicken pieces to help the marinade penetrate.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and thoroughly coat the chicken pieces with the marinade.
  • Allow the chicken to marinate for at least two to three hours, though marinating overnight will enhance the flavor.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto BBQ skewers.
  • Turning occasionally, for about 5-6 minutes on each side. Brush the chicken with oil to keep it moist and flavorful.
  • Once the chicken is fully cooked and has a charred exterior, remove it from the grill.
  • Serve your delicious Chicken BBQ hot off the skewers, ready to be enjoyed!
