Ingredients
For Cake Baking:
Eggs-3
Sugar-1 1/4 Cup for Cake
All Purpose Flour-1 1/4 Cup
Baking Powder-1tsp
Orange Juice-1/4 Cup
Vegetables Oil-3tbsp
Orange Zest-1/4tbsp
For Cake Syrup:
Orange Juice-1/2 Cup
Orange Zest-3/4tbsp

Method:
Pre-heated Oven 355F
Baking Time: 25-27 Minutes
Syrup: Cooked on medium heat for 1-2 minutes only to taste resolve
Directions
- In a bowl, crack 3 eggs and beat them until well mixed.
- Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until the mixture becomes creamy and fluffy.
- Add the all-purpose flour into the mixture, stirring with a spatula until well combined.
- Add the baking powder, all-purpose flour, and mix again with the spatula.
- Pour in the orange juice, vegetable oil, and orange zest, then gently mix everything together with the spatula.
- Grease a baking mold with oil and pour in the cake mixture, ensuring no bubbles remain. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 25-27 minutes.
- For the orange syrup, pour orange juice into a frying pan, add sugar and orange zest, and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Once the cake is baked, slice it and pour the warm orange syrup over the sponge.
- Your delicious orange syrup cake is now ready to serve.
