Ingredients

Red Chili Powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Cumin-1tsp
Red Chili Flake-1tsp
Coriander Powder-1tsp
Dry Fenugreek Leaves-1tbsp
Green Chili-4
Ginger Paste-1tbsp
Garlic Paste-1tsp
Oil-1/4 Cup
Tomatoes Large-2
Lemon Juice-1tbsp
Liver-700gm
White Distilled Vinegar-1tbsp
Garlic Paste-1tbsp
Directions
- Marinate liver in vinegar and garlic paste for 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
- Add spices and steam over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Incorporate washed liver and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Steam over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until oil separates.
- Sauté over medium to high heat until liver is cooked through.
- Season with salt, lemon juice, dried fenugreek, and ginger julienne.
- Stir and steam on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
