Coriander Leaves-1/2 Bunch
Dried Red Chili Pepper-2
Garlic Clove-3
Green Chili Small Size-4
Salt as Taste
Tamarind Pulp-1 1/2tbsp
Roasted Cumin Seeds-1tsp
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in the blender with a small amount of water.
- Blend well for a fine paste.
- Green Chutney is Ready to Serve.
- Store it in the refrigerator.
- You can also use green chutney with yogurt. Mix 1 1/2 tbsp of green chutney with 1 cup of yogurt.
