Ingredients
Cumin Seeds-2tbsp

Black Peppercorns-1tbsp
Clove-20 Pieces
Nigella Seeds-1tsp
Green Cardamom Pods Peeled-6 Pieces
Star Anise-2
Bay Leaf-3
Garlic Powder-1tbsp
Ginger Powder-1 1/2tbsp
Mustard Powder-1tbsp
Sugar-1/2tsp
Citric Acid-1/4tsp
Salt-1tbsp
Red Chili Powder-1 1/2tbsp
Paprika Powder-3tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1tsp
Onion Powder-1tsp
Directions
- To begin, combine 2 tablespoons of Cumin Seeds, 1 1/2 tablespoons of Fennel Seeds, 1 tablespoon of Black Peppercorns, 20 Cloves, 1 teaspoon of Nigella Seeds, 6 peeled Green Cardamom Pods, 2 Star Anise, and 3 Bay Leaves in a grinder. Grind until the spices are well combined.
- Next, add 1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder, 1 1/2 tablespoons of Ginger Powder, 1 tablespoon of Mustard Powder, 1/2 teaspoon of Sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of Citric Acid, 1 tablespoon of Salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons of Red Chili Powder, 3 tablespoons of Paprika Powder, 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder, and 1 teaspoon of Onion Powder to the grinder. Mix well until all the spices are thoroughly combined.
