Directions
- Put 2 seedless dates, 4 strawberries, 1 ripe banana, 1 seedless orange, 300 grams of blueberries, ½ cup yogurt, ½ cup milk, and ½ cup pineapple juice in a blender.
- Tightly fasten the blender’s lid.
- Process the ingredients at a high speed until they are creamy and smooth. Generally, this takes one to two minutes, depending on how powerful your blender is.
- Stop the blender after the mixture is smooth to assess the consistency. You can thin it out with a dash of extra milk or pineapple juice if it’s too thick.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses once you’ve got the right consistency.
- Add blueberries as a garnish if you’d like.
