Ingredients
For Marination:
Chicken Cubes-250gm
Salt as taste
Black Pepper Powder-1/4tsp
Sugar-1tsp
Cornflour-1tbsp
Garlic Paste-1/4tsp
Oil-1tbsp
For Fry:
Onion-1/4tbsp
Salt as Taste
Red Chili Flakes-1tsp
Garlic Chopped-1/4tsp
For Salad Mixing:
Mango-2 Large
Mint Leaves-2tbsp
Lemon Juice-1tbsp
Directions
- To prepare the chicken marinade, combine salt, sugar, corn flour, garlic paste, and oil. Mix thoroughly and coat the chicken evenly. Cover the bowl and let it marinate.
- Next, heat oil in a frying pan and sauté onions for 2 minutes. Add chopped garlic paste and fry for another minute. Add the marinated chicken along with additional spices like salt to taste and red chili powder. Cook the chicken until fully done. Transfer the cooked chicken to a dish and allow it to cool.
- Once cooled, add mango cubes, lemon juice, and mint leaves to the chicken. Mix well and sprinkle with black pepper and chili flakes.
- Your delicious chicken mango salad is now ready to be served.
