Chicken, Boiled and Shredded-1 Cup
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese-1/4 Cup

Red Chili Flakes-1/2tsp
Cumin Powder-1tsp
Coriander Powder-1tsp
Black Pepper Powder-1/2tsp
Garlic Powder-1/2tsp
Ginger Powder-1/2tsp
Coriander Leaves-2tbsp
Green Onion -2tbsp

Corn Flour-3tbsp
Water-1/4 Cup
Bread Slices-3-4
Breadcrumbs-3/4 Cup

Directions
- Mash the boiled potato in a bowl. Add shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, salt, red chili flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, chopped coriander leaves, and chopped green onion to the mashed potato. Mix well. In another bowl, whisk the egg with corn flour and water to make a batter.
- Dip each bread roll into the egg batter, then roll it in breadcrumbs until coated. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the coated bread rolls until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
