Yummy Persian Macaroni Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Mayonnaise – 1-4tbsp or as taste
Yogurt – 1/2 Cup
Heavy Cream – 1 Cup
Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1tbsp Or Sugar as Taste
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
White Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp
Grapes Halved- 1 Cup
Strawberries Chunk – 1/2 Cup
Apple Diced – 1 1/2 Cup
Chicken Boneless Boiled – 100gm
Boiled Green Peas – 2tbsp
Pineapple Chunks – 1 Cup
Elbow Maccaronies – 1 1/2 Cup
Directions
- Boil 1½ cups of macaroni until fully cooked, then drain and rinse with a glass of cold water. Set it aside. In a separate pan, boil 100 grams of chicken and shred it once cooked.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk (or sugar). Mix until smooth, then add black pepper and white pepper powders, blending thoroughly.
- Add diced apple, halved grapes, and strawberry chunks, followed by shredded chicken and green peas. Mix in pineapple chunks and the boiled macaroni, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Garnish the salad with pomegranate seeds and cherries for a colorful finish.
