Yogurt – 2tbsp
Imli (Tamarind) Pulp – 1 1/2tsp
Salt – 1tsp or as taste
Red Chilli Flakes – 1tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/4tsp
Chat Masala – 1 1/2tsp
Boiled Chick Peas – 2 Cup
Boiled Kidney Bean – 1 Cup
Cucumbers Chopped- 2
Tomato Chopped – 1
Potatoes Medium Size – 2
Onion Medium Size Chopped – 1
Black Pepper Powder – 1tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1tbsp
Mint Leaves – 1tbsp
Directions
- In a bowl, add yogurt and tamarind pulp. Mix these well.
- Now add salt, red chili flakes, cumin seeds, and chat masala, stirring thoroughly to blend the spices.
- Next, add boiled white chickpeas, boiled kidney beans, chopped cucumber, boiled medium potatoes, chopped tomato, and chopped onion.
- Sprinkle with black pepper powder and mix everything evenly.
