Restaurant-Style Chicken Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken Cubes-300gm
Ginger Paste-1tsp
Garlic Paste-1/2tsp
Salt as Taste
Red Chilli Powder-1tsp
Cumin Powder-1/2tsp
Directions
- Add boneless chicken cubes in a bowl. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, and oil. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly and cook until the chicken is fully tender.
- For the boiled macaroni, fill a pan with water and add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring the water to a boil, then add 1 1/2 cups of macaroni and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- For the preparation, heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté 1 medium chopped onion for 1 minute. Add 1/2 teaspoon each of ginger paste and garlic paste, and fry for 30 seconds.
- Add 2 green chilies and 1 julienned carrot, and sauté for 1 minute. Add 1/2 julienned capsicum, 1 cup of shredded cabbage, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili sauce, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of distilled white vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the boiled macaroni, cooked chicken, and 3-4 tablespoons of ketchup.
- Cook for 1 minute, then add some chopped spring onion and stir for an additional 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy your restaurant-style chicken macaroni.
- Very yummy and spicy chicken macaroni is ready to be served.
