Ingredients
Chicken Legs with Thigh-2.5Kg
Garlic Paste-1tbsp
Ginger Paste-2tbsp
Green Chili Paste-1tsp
Mustard Powder-1tbsp
Salt-1tbsp
Cayenne Pepper Powder-1tsp
Turmeric-1tbsp
Coriander Powder-2tbsp
Cumin Powder-2tbsp
Gram Masala-1tbsp
Dry Oregano Leaves-1tbsp
Ground Dry Thyme-1tsp
Black Pepper-1tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder-1/4tsp
Amchur Powder-1tsp
Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)-1tbsp
Distilled White Vinegar-1tbsp
Red Food Color-2pinch (Optional)
Yogurt-1 Cup
Fresh Cream-2tbsp
Vegetable or Coconut Oil-4tbsp
Directions
- Add all spices in a bowl and mix it well.
- Then add yogurt, fresh cream, and vegetable or coconut oil. Now mix all ingredients.
- Coat chicken pieces well with the mixture but to make chicken more juicy must make small cuts in chicken before coating.
- After marinating, leave for at least six hours. After 6 hours spread oil in a baking tray and put all chicken pieces on a baking tray.
- Preheat oven to 375°F temperature
- Bake chicken pieces in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes; after 25 minutes flip the chicken pieces
- (For the last five minutes of baking, you can mist a little oil on.)
- After 50 minutes take it out from the oven and the chicken is completely tender and juicy.
- Very juicy and crispy spicy baked chicken leg pieces are ready to be served.
