Chicken Legs with Thigh-2.5Kg
Yogurt-1 Cup
Fresh Cream-2tbsp
Vegetable or Coconut Oil-4tbsp
Garlic Paste-1tbsp
Ginger Paste-2tbsp
Green Chili Paste-1tsp
Mustard Powder-1tbsp
Salt-1tbsp
Cayenne Pepper Powder-1tsp
Turmeric-1tbsp
Coriander Powder-2tbsp
Cumin Powder-2tbsp
Gram Masala-1tbsp
Dry Oregano Leaves-1tbsp
Ground Dry Thyme-1tsp
Black Pepper-1tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder-1/4tsp
Amchur Powder-1tsp
Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)-1tbsp
Distilled White Vinegar-1tbsp

Directions
- After washing and drying the chicken, make cuts in the pieces.
- Mix all the spices in a bowl and add oil or butter as preferred.
- Coat the chicken thoroughly with this mixture, ensuring both sides are well covered.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least six hours.
- Line a baking tray with butter paper and place the marinated chicken pieces on it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 45 to 50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- During the last five minutes, you can lightly spray with oil for a crisp finish according to your choice
- Crispy and juicy oven-baked spicy chicken is ready to be served
