Ingredients
Coriander Seeds-1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds-1 tbsp
Black Pepper Whole-1 tbsp
Cloves- 6 Pieces
Cinnamon-2 Inches Piece
Cardamom-3 Pods Peeled
Nutmeg (Jaifal) Whole-1/4 Piece
Almond-3 (Optional)
Cashew-2 (Optional)
Salt as Taste
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Mustard Powder-1 tsp
Garlic Powder-1 tsp
Ginger Powder-1 tsp
Onion Powder-1 tbsp
Citric acid-1 Pinch
Directions
- Add all the ingredients into a grinder: 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds, 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of whole black pepper, 6 cloves, a 2-inch piece of cinnamon, 3 peeled cardamom pods, 1/4 piece of whole nutmeg (jaifal), 3 almonds (optional), 2 cashews (optional), salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of mustard powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of ginger powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, and a pinch of citric acid.
- Grind everything into a smooth powder.
