Vegetable Chicken Naan Bites Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken Cubes-300gm
BBQ Sauce 1/2 Cup
Tomato Sauce 1/2 Cup
Mozzarella Cheese Shredded-1/2 Cup
Oil 2tbsp
Garlic Paste 1tbsp (Saute 40 sec then add chicken)
White Distilled Vinegar-1tsp
Salt as Taste
Red Chili Powder-1/2tsp
Black Pepper Powder-1/4tsp
Onion Rings-Few
Capsicum-Few slices
Sauté Garlic 40 Sec
Directions
- Spread tomato sauce followed by BBQ sauce on the naan, then add the cooked chicken.
- In a bowl, heat some oil and add garlic paste, sautéing for 40 seconds.
- Add chicken cubes and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in all the spices along with BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, white distilled vinegar, salt, red chili powder, and black pepper powder, and continue sautéing until the chicken is tender.
- Spread oil on a baking tray and place naan on it.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, onion rings, and capsicum.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until the naan bites are fully baked.
- Perfect cheesy naan bites are ready to be served.
