Directions
- Cut the onion vertically from the middle, then cut all the onions into thin, long slices. Separates the onion layers. Mix all the spices well with the onion slicing, then Gradually add the gram flour and blend well with a lightly squeezed hand. Don’t use water. Onion leave their own water. Take a pan and pour the oil. Turn on the stove flame and bring the oil temperature to 170°C. Drop a small amount of the mixture into the heated oil and turn the flame to medium. Fry them for 7 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown. Crispy and Masaledar Onion Pakora for your iftar is ready to serve.
