Ingredients
Goat-1/2kg
Gobi-1kg
Tomatoes Large Size-4
Tomatoes Paste-1tbsp (Optional)
Onion Medium Size-2
Garlic Paste-1tsp
Ginger Paste-1tbsp
Salt-1tbsp or as Taste
Red Chilli Powder-1/2tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp
Paprika Powder-1tsp
Black Cardamom-2
Cinnamon Stick-1/2inch piece
Coriander Powder-1 1/2tsp
Cumin Powder-1tsp
Black Pepper Powder-1/2tsp
Whisked Yogurt -4tbsp
Butter-1tbsp
Oil-1/2 Cup
Green Chili Small Size-4
Yogurt Whipped-4tbsp
Directions
- Boil the mutton to remove the smell, then wash and pour into the pressure cooker with onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, and ginger paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and 2 cups of water. Seal the lid properly and steam for 14-16 minutes after whistling, depending on the type of mutton in your area.
- After 14-16 minutes Open the pressure cooker lid and pour the steam mutton into the pan. Make dry water on a fast flame if any, add butter, oil, green chili, cinnamon stick and black cardamom, fry until oil separates from the mutton. Then add yogurt and stir. Add the cauliflower and fry for 6-7 minutes, then cover the pan with a lid for steam until fully cooked on a medium to low flame.
- Open the cover and switch the flame to medium and dry water if any, add coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder and fry for 1 minute.
- Stop the flame.
- Gobhi Gosht (Mutton with Cauliflower) is Ready to Served.
