Ingredients

  • Rose Syrup-6tbsp

  • Mix Fruit Jelly-1 Pack

  • Boiled Sev (4-5min)

  • Boiled Basil Seeds (1min)

  • Fresh Fruit

  • Chilled milk-1 Glass 375ml

  • Sugar-1tsp

  • Ice cream-2 Scoops

  • Chopped Almond

  • Chopped Pistachio

  • Sweet Fruit Preserve (Tutti Fruity)

Directions

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Gradually add one pack of fruit jelly to the boiling water, stirring continuously until completely dissolved.
  • Pour the dissolved fruit jelly into a bowl and let it cool. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  • In another saucepan, boil some water and cook slowly for 4-5 minutes. Also, boil basil seeds for one minute.
  • Prepare fruit jelly cubes separately.
  • Mix chilled milk (375ml) with 1 teaspoon of sugar and rose syrup. Stir well.
  • Pour 1 tablespoon of rose syrup into each glass.
  • Add fruit jelly cubes to the glasses.
  • Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of boiled basil seeds into each glass.
  • Add boiled sev and fresh fruit cubes of your choice into each glass.
  • Pour the chilled rose syrup milk mixture into each glass.
  • Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream into each glass.
  • Top with 1 teaspoon of boiled basil seeds.
  • Drizzle 1 teaspoon of rose syrup into each glass.
  • Scatter dried fruits and sweet fruit preserve (tutti frutti) over the top.
  • Add another layer of boiled sev.
  • Finally, add an additional ½ teaspoon of rose syrup into each glass.
  • Your Shahi Falooda is now ready to be served. Enjoy!
